Audio Book Recommendation- Breaking All My Rules

You can preview the book here

Hello Bookworms,

Today's book is called, Breaking All My Rules by Trice Hickman. I know I said that I was trying to set out of my comfort zone and experience new genres of books, but I always have to go back to my first love. I can say that Trice Hickman is one of my favorite authors only because she writes about the same thing, but with different scenarios.

I talked about one of her books before, but this one is way better than the last because it's about a successful woman, who owns her business but also has trouble with her love life. I like the main character Erica Stanford, she's very smart and

Book Recommendation -- Let's Stay Together

(Click The Picture)

Hello Bookworms,

Today's book is, Let's Stay Together By J.J Murray. This book is a love story, but more of a modern type of love story. Where fame, a fan boy, and a guy who proposed to her all for publicity, doesn't get in her way for true love.

The story begins by her being in a relationship with a man who's an actor.

Book Recommendation - The Virgin Romance Novelist

You can also preview the book here

Hello Bookworms,

Today's book is, The Virgin Romance Novelist by Meghan Quinn, and this book is about a girl who's a virgin who wants to write a romance novel.

Rosie, the main character is a twenty something year who works for a cat magazine and lives with her roommates. She's always been fascinated with romance novels and wanted to write her own but there was one problem, she knew nothing about sex. Footnote; you don't need to know about something to write about it. You can simply do research or make it up, that's why it's called F I C T I O N. Anyways, she feels the need to gain some experience so she can have the greatest novel of all time -- my words not her's.

Audio Book Recommendation-- Self-Inflicted Wounds

(Click the Picture)

Hello Bookworms,

Today's book is, Self-Inflicted Wounds by Aisha Tyler, which is a book about how Aisha Tyler willingly and unwillingly -- more like unknowingly -- hurting herself, let me explain.

This book is not as she says her memoir, but as an example of what not to do. For an example, when she was a kid she use to always get picked on. She was tall, loved being by herself, and was vegan, loved reading books about aliens, and use to go to the library and search for diseases in a really big book. She explains that when growing up you can have only one weird, but having all seven? You were just asking for it. In her book she gives an example of the time kids were around her chanting her spirit name.

Audio Book Recommendation: Bad Feminist

(Click The Picture)

Hello Bookworms,

Today's book is called, Bad Feminist by Roxane Gay. This book is completely different than misadventures of awkward black girl, not trying to compare though, this book is good in its own way. The tone and setting is on the more serious side, I usually listen to audio books in the morning before work or on my way to work, but I wouldn't recommend doing that. She talks about a lot of political and economic topics, such as rape, women's rights,

In this time, I have been reading -- like I always do, Unheralded King of Preston Plains Middle by Jedah Mayberry. Before I moved out of CT, my neighbors son, wrote a book and she was so kind enough to give me a sample. When I read the first page I was so happy because this was just the book I wanted to read,

Book Recommendation -- Ni-Ni Simon Series

Dear Bookworms,

These series of books are the first books that actually got me to like reading. The first book starts off in high school and continues in college which I thought was perfect because I was in my junior year and could relate. Even though the first story is pretty extreme it gives you an aspect on relationships and how you need to be careful who you fall in love with. Although, all three books are about teenage love you
